Registered coaches that use text messaging will receive notice via text.
Rain out decisions will be made by the home team association by 3:00 p.m. on game days. The home association is responsible for contacting both the visiting association (club) as well as the visiting team coach no later than 3:00 p.m.
Score Reporting:
Within 48 hours of the scheduled game time, the winning team must report the score for both teams in the game. Each coach that is registered will be able to post scores for their games only. The team listed on top is the visitor and the bottom is home.

Preseason Week 1
- There was confusion with how the game ended as it was not stated by anybody when we started the 3rd inning that it was going to be the last and open scoring inning. From my understanding that needs to be decided on by both the coaches and the umpire prior to the start of the inning if the game is not going to be played the full 5 innings. 14-13 was the score I had with the three innings played being capped at 5 runs. That being said the way the game ended seemed somewhat controversial due to the lack of communication. I will happily take part of the responsibility for that as this is my first year coaching at this level.

Such a good game.. umpires were great… always a pleasure playing a game against the other coach. Small communication issue with the score books at one point but didn’t effect the outcome of the game.
Week 2

Beautiful day! First game with just two innings of kid pitch. Pitching machine was really high the first inning with the machine. Got dialed in for the next 2 two innings.

Great umpires! Great game!
Week 3

Umpire was really good! Max had control of the game and announced to the players when it was their last pitch on the machine. Made the game really smooth!
- Great day for baseball.. There was a little confusion with some balls, strikes, and outs being called.. umpire needs to speak up when calling the pitches. Also a little confusion by the umpire on the 5 pitches 3 swings rule for the pitching machine.
- Super fun and competitive game!
- Another super fun game! Some great plays made by both teams! I want to give a shout out to the kid who umpired this game, he did a really good job!
Week 4
- Great game! Team Swanson had great attitudes and played hard! Loved the encouragement from the fans on both sides.

- Great game all around from both teams! The kid who was umpiring did a great job as well!
- Another great game all around by both teams! Players are having a blast playing baseball and continue to show incredible signs of improvement each game.

Great game! Everyone hit really well. I love how encouraging the players and coaches on the Roush team are! Always saying “good job” and “great play” to our players. Amazing attitudes!

- What a great last game of the regular season! Both teams left it all on the field and it made for the most exciting game of the season! Great job by the umpire as well as all the players! Thank you PYAC and the other league affiliates for an incredibly fun season!
