“Grand Prairie has canceled games due to the rain. We were holding out hope it might miss us, but once again Mother Nature wins. It’s always frustrating when the weather gets in the way. If you’d like a refund or a rollover to the next tournament, the tournament director will coordinate with your head coach.”
Upcoming tournaments:
DGSA does NOT condone any violence, of any kind on and off of our fields. If your team does nothing to stop an altercation or starts an altercation, you will be BANNED from any future tournaments DGSA hosts. Coaches remember YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PARENTS AND FANS. If an Umpire asks anyone of your parents or fans to leave and they do not, Coach it is your responsibility to make sure they leave, failure to do so, will cause the head coach to be ejected and/or forfeit the current game. We are all here to watch a good game of softball and keep the girls SAFE!
Teams will need to check in and turn in their rosters.

PROTEST
ARE $100, WIN YOUR PROTEST, GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND WINS THE GAME. The team will take a 7-0 Forfeit, and the player will be removed from the Tournament. The Head Coach will be gone for the next game. Protest must be made before the Game is over. Coaches it is your responsibility to have your birth certificates handy in case your player gets protested.

SEEDING:
**If we cannot continue due to weather and all teams have played 2 games, awards will be giving out.
*Pool Awards will be given based on Pool results if bracket has not started due to Weather.
*Bracket Awards will be given based on Bracket results with the Top 2 seeds in the Winners Bracket in all brackets.
Weather delays:
They can occur for lightning/severe weather. TD reserves the right to alter time limit and format to a
1 Day Single Elimination Tournament to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.
