Hello Team,

Welcome everyone! A special welcome to our new players, Margot and Olivia. We are so excited to have you join the team!

We are all so excited to coach this group together this season. We can't wait to see each player build their basketball fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game.

We want to quickly touch base on a few important items ahead of our first practice and game:

• Schedule: Practices will be on Monday evenings at 4 p.m. at Schlessman YMCA. Games will be played on Saturdays. Quickscores is your home base.
• Ball/Hoop: Players will be using a youth 27.5 ball. If you have one, please make sure it's pumped up and bring it to practices and games (for warm-ups). We only have a few extra youth balls and the YMCA options are hit and miss. We will be playing on 8-foot rims.
• Uniform: The YMCA will provide a jersey for each player, distributed at the first game.
• Rules & Guidelines: Attached are the YMCA game rules. A quick reminder to keep the stands positive and encouraging. Also, jewelry is not allowed at practices or games, and hair should be pulled back and/or up out of the players' faces.

We are so excited to coach this group and work together as a team for a great season full of fun, growth, and teamwork!

Go Team! (Team name coming soon!)
