* Required Fields

Fee: $10.00per person per team per league. It is the Captains responsibility to collect all fees and pay registrar for all team members. Payments (one payment per team) are to be made online by Zelle (BobPahl1015@gmail.com) or check issued to PC Bocce given to Donna Mund-Gustafson, registrar.

DUES

Each player is to pay $10 registration fee to their team captain.

Players on multiple teams must pay a registration fee to the team captain of each team they play on.

Teams may consist of at least 6 players and no more than 12 players.

Captains must pay their TEAMS TOTAL registration fee to Treasurer or registrar within 48 hours of registering to complete registration process or team WILL BE REMOVED.

Each TEAM's dues payment is preferred to be made via Zelle at (BobPahl1015@gmail.com)

In the memo field enter the season, day of play, and team name. For example, Spring, Tuesday pm, Bocce Bowlers.

If paying by check issued to PC Bocce and be given to Donna Mund-Gustafson.

Checks can be deposited at 3673 N Hogan Drive in box on porch or mailed. If sending by mail, send email to registrar@pcbocceclub.com to verify.

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Other Information

Any players that have not played since Spring 2020 MUST complete a new waiver. Please print the waiver from the Downloads tab on this website.

*It is the Captain's responsibility to submit any waivers for new players to the registrar (completed waivers may be placed in waiver folder in shed).

*It is the Captain's responsibility to educate ALL team members of the PC Bocce Club Code of Conduct and collect any required forms to submit to registrar or place in folder in shed BEFORE September 14, 2026.

A player is not eligible to play until BOTH forms are completed and on file with the registrar. Any player without a completed form will generate a forfeit for the team.

Upon completion of all members entered into the registration form, hit Submit at the bottom of the registration form.

Do not print and mail the registration form.

All teams MUST have a captain and a co-captain. If one isn't identified at time of registration, one will be assigned before play begins.

Captains need to ensure ALL members they sign up are committed to playing most weeks.

Captains please ensure all e-mails are correct. Phone numbers shall be in XXX-XXX-XXXX format.

Teams that register less than 12 members on their team will have players from the pool of individual registrations assigned to their team when available.
