Seeding was determined by overall record, Head-to-Head and the points allowed.  The next factor instead of  coin toss was we look at strength of schedule (RPI)

Teams in the first seed to the 8^th seed were based off of “A pools) – then the top teams from the “B pools” have a chance to play in to the Mini Bowl bracket

 

Seed 9-16 were decided based upon play in games – then overall record, Head-to-Head and the points allowed. 

Teams with the same record at that cut of point for 16^th – have a chance to play into the bottom of the Summit Bowl Bracket 

Sr Pee Wee and Mitey Mite were a bit different because we had odd number of teams and so we had to look at total loses not just over all record (some teams had six games) -and then look at Strength of schedule
