Early Bird Registration is now open for the SECOND SESSION 2026 Volleyball Season at THE Yard at Newark Station. All teams must be Coed. For 6 player leagues at least 2 players/4 player leagues at least 1 player of the opposite sex must be on the sand. Registration and electronic payment will take place on the Quickscores website.. electronic payments will be processed with PayPal.

 In order to register, for now we will only need a captain’s name and information. But shortly after, you will need to build your roster with the names and emails of your players and each player will need to acknowledge that they have read and agree to the Waiver of Liability. You need to include yourself, assistant coaches and all players when you build your roster. For teams/ players that did not play in First Session, we will need the shirt sizes for each of your players. This years shirts will be burgundy in color.  In an attempt to bring sanity to the tee shirts and free drink tokens, the following will apply this year and moving forward..

• 6 person teams will receive up to 8 shirts and 8 free drink tokens for new teams/ players that did not play in 1st session. 
• 4 person teams will receive up to 6 shirts and 6 free drink tokens for new teams/ players that did not play in 1st session.

Drink tokens can be redeemed for any beverage up to an $8 value. If you register more players than the allotted amount for tee shirts.. Decide whether you would like to pay for additional shirts ($20 per shirt). Otherwise only put in the team registration the allotted amount of tee shirts sizes or we will have to do a dance to figure it out. If you are on more than one team or If you play in both sessions you will only receive one tee shirt which is figured in the discount received.

When you register and choose to pay electronically, there will be a convenience fee of $10 per team when signing up for 2nd session 2026, These fees are included in the prices shown when paid electronically. These fees can be avoided by clicking on Pay in Person. You can then pay by check dropped off at Newark Station Management Company office in Earthworks Café & Lounge or mailed to:

This takes time so allow for it. Remember you are not truly registered until you have paid. So, if paying by check is your choice, get it to us early.

Below is the schedule for 2nd Session 2026.

• Mandatory Coaches meeting for all teams that did not play in Session 1 on Saturday August 1 at 6 pm. At this time, we will cover the rules, distribute tee shirts and drink tokens, make sure all waivers have been signed and other items and concerns. THE Yard will be open for free play on Friday and Saturday night this weekend. Tune up your team for League play.

Each team will play 2 games each night. Game times are 6 pm/ 7 pm/ 8 pm and 9 pm. Special requests for game times cannot be handled. In most instances, your game times will be back-to-back. So, 6 & 7  pm or 8 & 9 pm with those times being split as evenly as possible. Sometimes with an odd number of teams it is impossible to not occasionally have a split time. However, with full leagues, that should not happen.

2^nd Session 2026 will commence League play on Monday August 3^rd and play will end the week of Monday October 5th. That final week of October 5^th will be the tournaments for each night.

Note that all totals below will have a $10 convenience fee added for 2nd session. IF you wish to avoid this, subtract the appropriate amount and pay by check.
