Nelson County Parks and Recreation appreciates your interest in our youth and adult athletic leagues. Our staff strives to provide quality fun and competitive leagues for all age groups while also focusing on the fundaments and development of each athlete.
If you ever have questions, do not hesitate to reach out to one of our staff.
Our office hours are typically 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
Weather cancellations are typically made by 4:00pm on week days and 7:00am on Saturdays.
Game time weather cancellations will be communicated through coaches, email, and social media.

COACHES
Volunteer Position
Age Requirement: 18+
Time Commitment
Typically practice 1-2 nights per week with games on Saturdays.
Weeknight games will be held based on make ups or scheduling needs.
REFEREES
Paid Position - Starting at $25.00 per game
*Rate based on experience and age level officiating.
Age Requirement: 16+

Typically games are held on Saturdays

SITE SUPERVISORS
Paid Position - Starting at $15.00 per hour
Age Requirement: 18+
Time Commitment
Outdoor Sports: Saturday Gamedays
Indoor Sports: Weeknights (Practices) and Saturdays (Games)
