The Louisiana State Games is a sports festival created for Louisiana’s amateur athletes. Similar to the International Olympics, the festival will consist of 20 sports providing Louisiana’s amateur athletes, of all ages and skill levels, a meaningful opportunity to participate in a true amateur sports competition.

 

WHO CAN COMPETE – All residents of Louisiana who have lived in the state for at least 30 days before the date of competition for their sport are eligible if they meet the requirements specified by that sport. Louisiana residents attending school or serving in the military in other states are also available. Athletes living in Louisiana attending school/university or currently serving in the military in Louisiana are also eligible to compete.

Entry forms may be obtained by visiting our web site or by calling 800-843-1872. Participants are encouraged to note deadlines and register early for all competitions. A signed agreement, release and waiver of liability and payment of an entry fee is required in order to compete.
