RULES & REGULATIONS

BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL(S) TO WARM UP WITH
ONLY THE GAME BALL WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE TOURNAMENT.

12 Player Roster Max - Due Monday, June 1st, 9pm

After this date, no changes accepted.

The scores table will have the rosters pre-printed.

Players must be listed on pre-printed scores book in order to compete.
Players may NOT play on multiple teams in the same division.

 

Full Regulation Court Games
18-minute halves, 2 time-outs per half (they do not carry over)
Running clock except for the last two minutes of the second half
(20pt or more lead then clock will run.)

30-Second Shot Clock

On the 10th team foul double-bonus

5 fouls per player

 

In the event of overtime: First team to score 4 points.

 

Technical- 1 shot, ball to point of interruption

NO GRACE PERIOD for teams running late. Your game will start on time.

Must have at least 3 players to start or your team will accept a forfeit.

 

Due to committing ourselves to a SAFE and Family-Friendly environment for our spectators, players,

and especially our game officials we will enforce:

 

TECHNICAL FOULS

If a player or coach receives a technical foul, a $20 fine will be assessed to that player.
They will not be approved to compete/participate in the next game until it is paid.

(ONLY TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR, SAMANTHA STUKES MAY CLEAR A PLAYER)

2 technical fouls in a single game will result in disqualification for the remainder of the tournament & must vacate the facility.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Teams must wear matching uniform Tops and Bottoms. (All black shorts permitted.)

A penalty of 1 point per player in violation automatically awarded to opposing team before start of the game.

 

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Unruly, unsportsmanlike, disrespectful behavior/language/conduct will not be tolerated.

Players, Coaches, Spectators required to act with respect to the game, opponents, officials, peers, and facility. Violators of this policy will be escorted from the premises and banned from the remainder of the event. NO REFUNDS.
