Week 1
- Hi Art. We barely had enough to field a team last week so we just let the other team keep the score. We lost both of the games though. The first game we lost in the bottom of the 7th and the second game we lost by 5-6 runs. We have 20 players on our roster and still can't get all of our players show up!Jack
- The game at Crestwood 19 vs 20.Classics only had 6 players show so they had a practice game only Show as not played ThanksHarlen

Week 2
- The umpire was one of the best, if not the best, that we have had on a game. After the first game went to 12:30+, we offered to play only 5 innings the second game, however, Woodmen Life wanted to play 7, and the umpire was okay with that. We didn’t get done till 2:15! Not surprising when you score over 100 runs!!! NOTE: even though we lost both games, and it was a marathon of a day, both teams really enjoyed playing each other and there was plenty of good nature fun to go around.

- Even though First American Title was short handed a number of players due to various factors, the day was not a complete loss.Our powerful opponent’s (Kitsap Oldtimers) were kind enough to loan us four of their 16 players so that we could field a team consisted of FAT all stars (Dave, Skip, JD, Glock, Donald, Chuck and Tad).Now with ten players FAT immediately scored 5 runs in the top of the first inning at Steel Lake Stadium.Planning on playing just one long nine inning game, the Kitsap Oldtimers soon realized that they were in for a grueling afternoon as all of the FAT hitters were pounding the softball while FAT pitcher John (JD) Dawe was at his best striking out four batters including two baffled hitters in the final open inning as FAT defeated Kitsap 17-12!A big thank you to both teams for a fun afternoon of softball.We are off until at least July 9th or more likely July 14th due to the Salem tournament.(We play NW Locksmith on MONDAY the 14th of July and then Dent Pros on Wednesday the 16th).
