WHEN: Wednesday, August 7th

CHECK-IN: 7:30am

EVENT BEGINS: 8:00am

LOCATION: Meadow Brook Golf Course - 4197 S. 1300 W. Taylorsville, UT 84123

FORMAT: One-Day Event; Scramble Tournament.

EQUIPMENT: Bring your own equipment, golf karts will be provided.

UNIFORM: Matching shirts are recommended.

ROSTER: Coed Event.

• Each team must have and compete with 4 players on their roster
• 2 women required.
• Subs are not allowed.

*Each company enters two, two person teams, a total of 4 players
