We strive to be accommodating, but please be understanding that many factors go into creating a great season. 3. We no longer offer late pay options. Payment will be required upon completion of this form. Forms without payment will be automatically archived and not entered into the draft.
*** SIBLINGS with the same guardians WILL be placed onto the same team provided they are in the same age bracket, but please note this request. This is the only request that we can honor. Thank you for understanding!

Thank you for trusting Glen Rose Youth Baseball with your child. We take their safety very seriously. However, with all sports, injuries may occur. Upon registration of this player, you are voluntarily accepting the risk of injury that could possibly be sustained while practicing or playing as a member and athlete of Glen Rose Youth Baseball Association and agree to release GRYBA, all volunteers, and GRISD from liability should such injuries occur.
Additionally, GRYBA would like your permission to use photographs taken during the season on social media platforms. This registration form will be used as acknowledgement and consent that your players image may be used.

Refund Policy
In the event that we must cancel the season on the advice or recommendation of state/local health or government officials, the following refund policy will be in effect:
* If season cancelled prior to the start of games and ordering of uniforms a full refund will be issued upon request.
* If season is cancelled after the uniforms have been ordered but prior to the start of games for week three of the season, a 50% refund will be issued upon request.
* If season is cancelled after the start of games during week 3 of the season, NO REFUNDS shall be issued.
In the event that a player may need to withdraw their registration prior to our league draft, a full registration less $5 will be issued. If a refund is requested after GRYBA league draft, but prior to the first game, a 50% refund will be issued. Once uniforms have been distributed, NO REFUNDS shall be issued for player withdrawal.

NEW! This season GRYBA will be assigning each team a date for helping around Beck Fields.The assignment may include concessions, trash pickup, field maintenance or helping before, during and after tournaments hosted on our fields. Coaches and board members already log countless hours helping so this task is to encourage PARENT/FAMILY engagement. Teams will not be eligible for the end of season tournament if they do not fulfill this obligation. Let’s keep this organization running smoothly for the children!
