The J Adult Basketball League Registration Information! 

Our adult basketball leagues are a fun way to get moving and stay active!. A completed team registration consists of paying the team fee on the J's enrollment site as well as providing a full team roster within QuickScores. No partially filled-out rosters will be accepted.

*Final team placement is under the discretion of the Sports Coordinator, Rachel Obedin. 

 

The captain is responsible for paying for the entire team fee in one full payment. The individual break down of cost per player is expected to be done within the team, and will not have external involvement from the Sports Department. Acceptable forms of payment include debit, credit, ACH, check, and cash. Please see a Sports Department team member if opting to utilize cash or check. 

League Rules

Captains are responsible for making sure their team knows and understands the rules before the start of the first game. Please reference league rules under the League Rules tab on the home page.

Priority Access

 

Tier 1: 4+ members on team	Enrollment access 7 days before public.
Tier 2: 2 – 3 members on team	Enrollment access 4 days before public.
Tier 3: 1 or less members on team	Public enrollment access

 

Example schedule of registration access:

Team A: 5 members, 3 guests

     -will receive priority enrollment link Monday morning at 10 am

Team B: 2 members, 8 guests

      -will receive enrollment link Thursday morning at 10 am

Team C: 9 guests

     -will receive general access link via large communications email/searchable on website. The following Tuesday morning at 10 am with enrollment open on a public level.

 

*Please note that the listed times are for example purposes and may differ.

To receive priority and/or public access links for enrollment, an initial pre-registration form must be submitted in QuickScores. Pre-registration forms should be as completed as possible. Upon submission, review and confirmation of membership status will take place before priority links are distributed (if applicable). Those who have submitted a pre-registration form but are deemed ineligible for Tier 1 or Tier 2 priority enrollment will receive public access links sent via email on the morning of the program opening to the general public.

We will not be expanding team capacities under any circumstances. Regardless of your Tier status, if you submit a pre-registration form within QuickScores, but do not secure a spot on the paid enrollment portion through the Valley of the Sun J's registration platform, your team will not have a secured placement. Teams must secure a spot within the registration platform by having a fully paid transaction.
