FAQ's
*How to check team assignment: on DECEMBER 15th log into sportsoffice.activityreg.com and go to account, then select the right family member, click on registered activities, scroll down to view the team number & coach's last name your child is assigned to. Once you know the team number and name you can find your coach information on the game schedule below, available Dec 17th.

Leagues & Fees:
- 7th-12th grade
- $86 for students in 7th - 8th grade
- $93 for students in 9th - 12th grade
- Scholarships and free & reduced lunch discounts available for those that qualify.
Program Includes:
- Reversible jersey
- Two (2) tickets to a Utah Jazz game. Game will be a pre-assigned game by the Utah Jazz
- 7 games and a weekly practice
- FUN!!
Game Days/Location:
- Games will be at schools throughout Salt Lake County
- Game location assignment will be based on the location closest to the team depending on school availability
- Traveling may be required but will be limited
- For game schedule scroll all the way down
Divisions:
- Teams will be put together based on the school they attend or area where they are located.
