Just wanted to formally invite the Y flag football teams to join us for youth night on 9/11. Everyone should have seen an email from the Y, but I will recap below the plan.
Free admission to youth flag football athletes (Wear your jersey)
Look for myself and Wesley prior to the game starting. In years past they had all the kids meeting in the grassy area to the left when you first walk into the stadium.
Reserved seating in the SE bleachers for the first half (sit with teams/coaches). I do ask that a parent sit with each child since these boys are so young. That way we can keep track of everyone. We can certainly all sit together in the bleachers still.
Gather in the South End Zone at half time after youth dance and youth baton performances
Recognize each grade level and we will gather on the O at the 50 yard line
After 8th grade the kids will break it down and form a tunnel to greet the home team for the second half.
Following our high five tunnel we will meet at the alumni pavilion on the hill. Plan to pick up your kids from there. Looking forward to a fun night!
