- Games will be played 8 vs 8 (7 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper) minimum of 4 outfield players and a goalkeeper
- Participants must be at least 16 years old to play in any adult league. If a participant will turn 16 during the season, the birth date should be recorded on the roster and that player
- will be eligible to play upon their birth date.
- The top 2 teams in the post-season tournament will win awards. Only 14 players per team will be awarded. .
- Regular season games may end in a tie. Records of the regular season will develop seeding for a single elimination tournament.
- Games will be played as two 25 minute halves with a 5 minute half time
- Each team is allowed 1 thirty second timeout per half, must be called on your teams possessive dead ball
- No offsides
- Any player given two yellow cards in the same game will be awarded a red and must sit out the remainder of the match and serve a one game suspension
- Goalkeepers may slide tackle in their penalty box. No other players may slide tackle, however players may slide to keep balls in play (as long as there are no other players in their immediate area)
- Overtime will consist of two 5 minute periods of Golden Goal. If neither team scores during the golden goal periods, the game will be decided by penalty kicks from the 10 yard mark.
- Team members must participate in 3 of the regular season games to be eligible for postseason play.
