Shin guards are a MUST!!! You won't be allowed to play without them. They must be covered with a knee high sock.
You must wear the current jersey you were given...or you can't play.
NO SLIDE TACKLES! = RED CARD *If you receive a red card you must sit out the remainder of the game you're playing in and the next game.
You must also leave the field.
