    TOWN CREEK PARK
    The Northwest TarHeels defeated the Storm 11-2 Behind the pitching of Fisher Goodwin and Jonah Campbell. Goodwin had 10 KOs in 4 innings and Campbell struck out all 6 batters he faced. Zach Ashmore led Northwest with 3 hits, a 2B and 3 RBIs. Jonah Campbell and Josh Hauser each had 2 hits. Hauser doubled and drove in 2 runs. Campbell had a triple. Ryan Grisso, Tyler Kelly, and Grayson Skipper all had RBI singles.

    The Tarheels fells short one run in a Pitching duel to Cedar Grove that ended 4-3. Northwest recorded four hits between Michael Peterson, Fisher Goodwin, Jordan Stegall and Jonah Campbell.Josh Hauser held Cedar Grove scoreless through three frames, however they were able to put together a four run rally in the 4th to take the lead.The Tarheels battled back in the top of the last inning to put the game within one run but was not able to cross the runner from third to extend the game.

    Northwest offense came alive early to pick up 6 runs in the first two innings. Tarheels we’re lead by Josh Hauser and Fisher Goodwin with RBI doubles and singles from Ryan Grisso, Jonah Campbell, Dylan Stacks and Grayson Skipper.A combined effort on the mound from Stacks, Skipper and Peterson scattered 5 hits and collected 7 strikeouts to hold Cedar Grove to 3 runs scored.The Tarheels added another run in the fourth on a passed ball to bring the game to what would be a final of 8-3 in a Northwest win.

    Northwest Tarheels Defeated the Seahawks 10-0 in 5 innings. Will Jones pitched the complete game shutout scattering 4 hits, striking out 7 with no walks. The Tarheels had 11 hits in the game, led by Michael Peterson with 3 and 3 RBI’s. Jordan Stegall had a pair of hits. Jonah Campbell, Fisher Goodman, Grayson Skipper, Zach Ashmore all singled while Dylan Stacks and Ryan Grisso doubled with Grisso driving in 3 runs. Northwest played error free ball behind Jones in the game.

    Northwest TarHeels defeated Cedar Grove 12-2 behind the pitching of Will Jones and Fisher Goodman. They allowed just 3 hits and 2 unearned runs. Jones walked 1 striking out 4 in 4 innings while Goodman allowed just 1 hit with 4 strikeouts in 2 innings. Northwest had 10 hits led by Josh Hauser, Goodwin, Dylan Stacks, and Zack Ashmore with 2 each. Hauser had a 2B and 2RBIs, Goodwin had a 2B and 3 RBIs. Grayson Skipper had a 1B with 2 RBIs and Michael Peterson had the other TarHeel hit.

    Northwest TarHeels defeated Shallotte Seahawks 7-3 in a hard fought pitchers duel. Only 5 of the 9 runs given up were earned. Jonah Campbell, Dylan Stacks, and Michael Peterson scattered 6 hits with 6 KOs and the TarHeels allowed no walks for the third straight game. Jonah Campbell got the win. The TarHeels had 7 hits but took advantage of 6 Seahawks walks and 2 errors to hold onto the 7-2 win. 7 different Northwest hitters had hits led by Will Jones and Josh Hauser with doubles. Peterson, Campbell, Stacks, Grayson Skipper, and Fisher Goodman all had hits. Campbell swiped 4 bases. Northwest helped themselves with two double plays.

    CEDAR GROVE PARK
    The TarHeels defeated the Seahawks 12-2 in 5 innings. Northwest pounded out 13 hits in the game led by Michael Peterson and Josh Hauser with 3 hits each. Fisher Goodwin had a pair of doubles and Will Jones had 2 hits. Ryan Grisso, Joel Biggs and Grayson Skipper had the other hits. Skipper drove in a pair of runs. Goodwin got the win with 4 KOs and Houser pitched 2 innings with 5 KOs. It was the 4th straight game that Northwest pitching hasn’t allowed a baseball on ball.

    . In game one the TarHeels took advantage of 5 walks and a couple errors in the 9-0 win. Dylan Stacks pitched a CG allowing 3 hits 0 walk and 4 KO’s. He carried a perfect game into the last inning. Fisher Goodwin, Cooper Gagne singled and Josh Hauser tripled for the TarHeels.

    In game two the TarHeels had 9 hits but had to come from behind twice for the win scoring the winning run on a fielding error. Grayson Skipper led Northwest with 3 hits and scored 3 runs. Michael Peterson, Fisher Godwin, Jordan Stegall, Josh Hauser, Ryan Grisso, and Zack Ashmore all had one hit. Grisso had a bases loaded double and drive in 4 runs in the game. Goodwin and Hauser doubled and Ashmore tripled. Goodwin got the win on the mound pitching 2 innings of relief with 2 KO’s and 1 unearned run.

    Northwest Tarheels swept a DH from Cedar Grove on a Friday night 5-1 and 7-6. It was the TarHeels 9th straight win. In game one Josh Hauser threw a complete game allowing 2 hits while fanning 8. Dylan Stacks and Jonah Campbell both had a pair of hits. Hauser, Michael Peterson and Grayson Skipper also had hits.

    In game two the TarHeels picked up a 7-6 victory. Noah Campbell pitching in relief got the win. Campbell helped himself with a two RBI hit in the 4th inning to give Northwest the lead that proved to be the winning hit. He had 2 hits on the game. Ryan Grisso and Dylan Stacks also had a pair of hits. Michael Peterson and Grayson Skipper added had hits for Northwest.
