    Landon Everhart had a game high 3 hits including a 2B. Zach Steagall, Noah Fluharty and Josh Surigao all added doubles of their own in the win. Trey Steagall and Fisher Gurganus both had hits as well. Seth Williams picked up the win on the mound in the Season Opener.

    On Friday night, the Seahawks edged out the Mudcats in a close battle. Josh Surigao led the attack with a triple and 3 RBI's. Landon Everhart added a single in the game and Sincere Ledbetter got the season started with a towering homerun in the contest. Seth Williams was the winning pitcher.

    The Junior Dixie game was all Josh Surgaio Friday night as the lefty tossed a no-hitter and helped his cause with a single of his own. The Seahawk offense was led by Trey Steagall's 3 hits. Landon Everhart, Lavarr Sharpe, Patrick Bart and Keandre Torrijos had singles in the game.

    TOWN CREEK PARK #5
    Tar Heels defeated Seahawks 10-8 Monday night in the team’s first meeting of the season. Tar Heels banged out 11 hits with Carson Borland, Braden Lanier, Nehemiah Parrish and Ayden Gore getting 2 hits each. Tommy Boat, Isaiah Greer, and Garrett Gore had the other hits for the Tar Heels. Ayden Gore pitching in relief of Kenny Frank got the win going 2.1 innings. He struck out 7 and allowed just 2 walks. Landon Lattin pitched a perfect 7th striking out all three batters he faced to earn the save. Sincere Ledbetter paced the Shallotte offense with 2 hits. Noah Fluharty tripled and Seth Williams doubled for the Shallotte squad while Landon Everhart and Trey Steagall both picked up hits of their own.

    SHALLOTTE PARK JUNIOR HIGH #1
    Southport Storm beat the Seahawks 14-4, scoring 14 runs off 17 hits. Jordan Daniels and Landon Lynch led the way with 3 hits. Both had 2 singles and a double. Jordan Daniels, Will Lammiman, Luke Dilgard, Jaden Marvin, Conner Cierpiot each had 2 hits. Jaden Marvin and Jordan Davis each had 2 doubles, and the rest had 2 singles. Eli Hedblom had a double. Jordan Daniels got the start throwing 3 2/3 only allowing 4 hits and 4 runs striking out 6. Eli and Jaden came in to combine for 2 1/3 innings of work allowing no hits and no runs. Jordan Daniels took the W.

    Noah Fluharty led the Seahawks offense with 2 hits. Z. Steagall, Thomas and Ledbetter all had hits in the game with Ledbetter's coming in the form of a double.

    The Seahawks were led Monday night by a 4-4 night from Zach Steagall. Zach was a homerun away from the cycle. Surigao and Trey Steagall had 3 hits, Fluharty had 2 hits, Ledbetter, Gurganus and Seth Williams all had hits as well. Williams was the winning pitcher for the Shallotte squad.

    The Tar Heels scored 4 runs in the 1st in route to a 7-3 win over the Seahawks. Kenny Frank pitched a complete game with 8 KO's scattering 7 hits. The Tar Heels were led at the plate by Carson Borland and Braden Lanier with 2 hits each. Tommy Bost, Cody Callahan, Ayden Gore, Garrett Gore, and Kenny Frank also had hits. Callahan, Bost, and Borland doubled.

    JUNIOR DIXIE BOYS- In the JDB game the Tar Heels held off the Seahawks to take a 9-7 win. Ayden Gore and Garrett Gore both had 3 hits. Braden Lanier and Landon Lattin had doubles, while Ayden and Garrett Gore, along with Tommy Bost all tripled. 4 Tar Heels players saw action on the mound. Ayden Gore got the win

    The Southport Strom won the Dixie Boy game 20-0 scoring 20 runs off of 15 hits. Patrick Boldt led the way with a 4 hit day that included 3 singles and a double. Will Lamiman and Jordan Daniels each had 3 hits that included singles and doubles. Jordan Davis had 2 singles. Eli Hedblom, Jaden Marvin, and Conner Cierpiot add 1 hit all 3 being doubles. Jaden Marvin got the start on the mound with 2 innings of work, Jordan Daniels and Eli Hedblom each added an inning. Jaden took the win while the Southport pitching staff only allowed 1 hit.

    Southport won the contest 20-2. Southport scored 20 runs on 14 hits. Jordan Davis and Jaden Marvin had 3 hits on the day with Jaden Marvin hitting a home run. Walker Jenkins, had 2 hits a single and a double. Eli Hedblom, Will Lamiman, Jordan Daniels, Landon Lynch, and Jamison Prince each had a hit with Landon and Jamison having doubles. Southport’s pitching staff got the job done with three pitchers teaming up to only allow 2 hits on the night. Jaden Marvin got the start throwing 3 innings giving up no hits, no runs and striking out 3. Walker Jenkins threw and inning and a third allowing 2 hits, no earned runs while striking out 4. Jordan Daniels came in to close the game throwing two thirds of an inning not allowing a hit and striking out the two batters that he faced.
