Our 2026 Season is approaching and we'd like you to join in the fun.  Our goals are to have fun and teach the fundamentals of Football to Youth from 5th - 8th grades.
 
ATTENTION:  ALL Football Players MUST have an up-to-date Physical turned into their Coach before he/she may Practice.
IMPORTANT DATES:
TBD - Onsite Registration / Equipment Pickup @ Sports Complex.
     7th/8th Grade:

LIABILITY WAIVER

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Morrison Jr Tackle program and related events and activities, the undersigned:
 
(1) Acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions, or negligence but the action, inaction, and negligence of others, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used.  Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably forseeable at this time.
 
(2) Assume all the foregoing risks and accepts personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent total disability or death.
 
(3) Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Morrison Jr Tackle, its administrators, directors, agents, and other volunteers of the organization, participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors or premises used to conduct Morrison Jr Tackle activities, all of which are hereinafter referred to as "releasees,", from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death and damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise. 
 
REFUND POLICY

Refunds for cancellations of the program will be sent back to you via check.  Personal cancellations before the start of practice will receive a full refund.  Personal cancellations after the start of practice will be no more than 75% of paid fee.  Any cancellations after the first game, no refund will be paid.
 
FINANCIAL AID AVAILABILITY

Morrison Jr Tackle believes that each child who wishes to play Football or Cheer should be able to do so regardless of financial circumstances.  Our league will not deny any child the opportunity to participate regardless of financial hardship.  Talk to a board member at Equipment Handout for assistance.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named applicant.  All information stated above is correct.  I will adhere to all of the rules and regulations of Morrison Jr Tackle (MJT) and all other MJT policies and rulings.  I acknowledge that MJT reserves the right to impose punishment for violations of its rules, regulations, policies and rulings, including expulsion of the participant from the program.
