SUMMER SCHEDULE:
Tuesday & Thursday Nights
6:00pm until dusk

(July 4th break 7/2 and 7/7)

Playoffs: Saturday Aug 22nd, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Melrose Women’s Softball League and related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: The risk of injury from the activities involved in the league is significant, including the potential for serious personal injury, I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown and assume all full responsibility for my participation, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. I hereby release and hold harmless Melrose Women’s Softball League and the City of Melrose, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, and other participants from any claims brought against them by parties claimed by me to be responsible for any damage or loss that I incur.

Refund Policy

Payments will be refunded IN FULL if new players cannot be placed on a team.  A player who is placed on a team and does not play in any games may be refunded her payment minus a $5 registration fee, under certain circumstances to be determined by the Board of Managers.  A player who withdraws from the league and has played in at least one game will not be eligible for any refund.
