All coaches must fill out the 2026 Fall/Spring Registration Form before registering and paying for any tournaments.  This form can be found under the registration tab.
All teams must have team insurance purchased through Small Town Select or have Small Town Select added as additionally insured to their team insurance
All teams must carry birth certificates and for grade exemption players birth certificates and report cards to show to tournament director upon request.
PAP Fees: Cash Only paid at the plate each game.
