Refund Policies and Park Rules
Alien Town Sports refund policies vary by event and location, but generally,
Refunds are given for tournament cancellations, while refunds for team withdrawals depend on when the withdrawal occurs relative to the schedule release
Policies often specify a full refund if a tournament is canceled before it starts, a partial refund if some games are played, and no refund for withdrawals after the Schedule is released. 
*** Kids can play on two different teams in same tournament, in different divisions.
***Player on multiple teams: If a player is on two teams in different age divisions, they may only pitch on one team for the entire event.
***Failure to follow this rule will result in an automatic forfeit of that game, coach and kid will not be able to finish the rest of the tournament. They can remain at the park but not participate in any team activities during the tournament. 
Kids cannot play on two different teams in same division!!***
Example:If Timmy plays on a 9U team and does not pitch, but then goes and plays on a 10U team and pitches, Timmy is now only eligible to pitch with 10U. Failure to do so will result in a team forfeit. 

Pitching Rules:
Two day tournament: Kids are able to pitch up 3 innings max (9 outs) to be able to pitch the next day. Pitchers have a max of 6 innings (18 outs) for the weekend. The most innings a pitcher can pitch in a day is 5 innings (15 outs). Failure to follow this will result in a forfeit for that team. 
Three day tournament: Kids are able to pitch up 3 innings max (9 outs) to be able to pitch the next day. Pitchers have a max of 7 innings (21 outs) for the weekend. No player can pitch 3 days in a row. Even if the kid pitched and did not record an out. If a player has one full day off during the weekend his innings restart to zero. The max a pitcher can pitch in one day is 5 full innings (15 outs). Failure to follow this will result in a forfeit for that team. 

Playing rules:
8U CP: every player on line up must bat. Coach pitch will bat a continuous line up. Must have minimum of 10 batters. If there is not 10 batters the remaining spots will be turned into outs. Must have a minimum of 8 to play. Failure to have 8 playing will result in a forfeit. 
9U-14U: Teams have to bat minimum of 9 players. Teams must have minimum of 8 players to play. If batting 8 players only the 9th spot will be an out. 
Subs: all subs must be listed on line up card at home plate meeting. If there is subs they will be courtesy runners for pitcher and catcher only. If no subs, last out will be courtesy runner. 

Only 13U and 14U can use metal cleats.
NO METAL CLEATS ON PORTABLE MOUNDS. 
*** Protest - time clock stops, teams that is protesting will give $100 to umpire, director will get involved and will get all facts and make the correct call, after protest, time will resume and if protesting team wins the protest they will receive their full $100 back, if they loose the protest money will be kept and game will resume. ***
*** No Smoking, or alcoholic beverage are allowed at any park***
*** Do not leave any trash behind, make sure all dugouts are clean before leaving***
*** Music is allowed as long as it is appropriate for all ages***
*** PAP - Pay at the Plate, Game will not Start until Umpires have been Paid***
8U - $40 Per Team, Per Game 
9U-11U $50 Per team, Per Game
12U-13U $65 Per Team, Per Game
