Thank you for your interest in coaching for SET baseball and softball! We do background checks for all coaches and assistants. These are done every two years. If you already had a background check done last year through SET please skip all private info, such as social security etc.

Coach agreement and waiver statement
During games we ask that coaches show respect to the umpires and opposing teams at all times. You are the team leader and are to provide an example of good sportsmanship for the players and families. Please create a team that shares good sportsmanship to each other, their opponents and the umpires. As a coach it is your responsibility to make sure players are safe. This includes wearing safety gear properly, using bats and balls appropriately and playing in safe weather condtions. Coaches are not allowed to leave after a practice or game until all players have a guardian present. You agree to return the gear bag, ball bucket and any other SET supplies you were given to use. Lastly, as with any sport, there are risks to being on a ball field. You agree that you understand the risks of possible injury.
