REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Register as a team at signup.provo.gov before all of the spots fill up.
Max of 10 players per team.
Rosters must be turned in before the first game and players not listed and verified will not be eligible to play.
ROSTERS/WAIVERS
Rosters and waivers will be managed online through the team roster settings and verified before your first game. All players & the team captain must sign the waiver prior to entering their first game.
