If you are interested in coaching, please fill out an Application to Coach form, located in the Registration tab on the Menu.
Morgan County and our community does require background checks to be done on all Head Coaches AND Assistant Coaches in the dugout and/or on the field.
Please click on the following link for the Morgan County Parks and Recreation Background Check Policy. You must submit to a background check every year. Please only take the background check if you have not taken it within the last year.

Coaches: After you have read the Background Check Policy, please click the link below to take the background check. We absolutely, under no circumstances, can allow a coach onto the field until your background check is complete. You will have to pay for the background check. The process is not complete until you pay, however, if you pass the background check, and are a coach or assistant coach for the entire season, Falkville Park and Recreation will reimburse you.

6U - 1 Head, 2 Assistants
8U - 1 Head, 1 Assistant
10U - 1 Head, 1 Assistant
12U - 1 Head, 1 Assistant
Coaches are also required to take the Heads Up Concussion Training every year. Please click the link below to take the training course. At the end of the course, you MUST turn in the certificate to Falkville Park and Recreation. Please print the certificate and bring it to the Baseball or Softball Rep, or you can email it to falkvillerecmarian@gmail.com
