Practice permits are for one team per one field.
A max of a 3 hour rental period per field.
****Booking Timeline: 30 Day Window period****
Practice field reservations cannot exceed the 30 day period. Community Pass System updates at 8am each day.
It is prohibited to have any vehicles parked on grass areas;
equipment must be carried to and from the field.
It is the responsibility of the permitted team that is on the field to pick up and remove all trash after each use.

Account Credit Guidelines
Inclement Weather Credit is only applied if the following criteria is met during the rental period:
Temp. over 105 degrees F OR under 35 degrees F
Winds over 40mph
Rain or Snow
To request Account Credit
1. Call Nations Tobin Sports Center or Officer David Ortiz to process request
2. Provide Permit #, Account Phone Number, reason for account credit
3. Allow 5-12 business days to see account credit reflected on your Community Pass Account
