Land Group Fitness Classes
Barre: Barre uses the techniques and movements found in ballet. Exercises will include core, legs, and upper body, using light weight, bands, balls and/or your own body weight. Dance experience NOT required. This class is great for ALL fitness levels
High Fitness: A hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training, music you love, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography.
Lift: A full body muscle strength and conditioning class. This class will define and sculpt your body improving your overall body composition. Each workout will be different.
Muscle Mix: A total body approach to weight training using a variety of equipment to increase lean muscle mass, burn fat, and sculpt each muscle group.
Pilates: Emphasizes core strength, muscular balance, breathing, flexibility, and concentration. Modifications will be offered. All fitness levels welcome.
Senior Fitness: A gently fitness class focused on posture, balance, and range of motion. Participants will be seated in chairs for most of the class and will always have either a chair or wall for standing exercises. This class will be helpful if you are just returning to fitness or have a chronic condition such as frequent migraines, low energy, or very limited mobility.
Surge FiT: An energizing HIIT workout. High Intensity cardio tracks with high-rep strength training tracks that shape and tone your body for maximum results.
Surge Strength: A choreographed weight lifting class that will focus on a full body workout.
Spin: Class will be led by a motivating instructor that will focus on endurance, interval, speed, play, strength, and performance. This class offers options for every level of fitness.
**Our Spin Bikes are equipped with toe cages, SPD, and LOOK Clips.
Sports Conditioning: A non-choreographed workout, that combines sport specific conditioning intervals with strength intervals. This class will focus on muscle agility, conditioning, and strength. A variety of exercise equipment will be used to enhance the class.
TRX: Suspension Training is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Yoga: Focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
- Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This class emphasized on sequential movement between yoga postures, guided by your breath. This Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, fluidity, and flexibility in the body and mind.
- Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation and increased flexibility as you hold poses for longer periods of time. By relaxing in poses, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional restoration and relaxation.
ZUMBA: An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Aquatic Group Fitness Classes
Combo Challenge: A high energy class which will utilize either the shallow, deep, or both parts of the pool. Dynamic movements are added to take advantage of the waters natural resistance in every class. Formats change every week, sometimes you will feel like you are line dancing and other days will be like training for a sporting event. Participants will be encouraged to work hard but the water allows every participant the ability to make adjustments so their workout works for them.
Deep Water: Deep water workouts let the muscles work hard with no stress to the joints. Water belts and noodles are used to keep participants in the correct body position and aid in support. The formats differ week to week and additional equipment may be used in some classes.
H2O Tabata: High intensity intervals using the water for resistance followed by intervals of rest. This type of training works both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body to help you achieve your optimum fitness level.
H2O Boot Camp: A high intensity cardio burning workout. A combination of drills, endurance training, and total body conditioning without the impact on the joints.
Interval Toning: Training that involves high-intensity periods followed by lower intensity; building muscle to tighten and tone the entire body.
Hydro Tone: Take a break from gravity and join us in the pool for a cool workout that challenges every muscle in your body utilizing the resistance of the water. No running or jumping, just intense exercises working you out from head to toe defining your muscles. This class is focused on building muscle strength and endurance. Class utilizes equipment such as water buoys and noodles, even kickboards. Repetitive sets of the exercises have participants learn a movement then work to the best of their ability. This class uses both deep and shallow water.
Tsunami Boards: Tsunami Fitness offers a safe and fun workout, designed to grow core and joint stabilization, improve your over-all fitness level, prevent injury through increased proprioception, utilizing the Tsunami Boards.

Shallow Water: This class incorporates cardio and resistance training for a full-body workout. Class is held in the shallow water.
