CMFL now hosts Flag, Pee Wee, Youth and 8-man Middle School programs with the following Schools/communities:  Bath, Berlin, Boothbay, Brunswick, Dirigo, Fryeburg, Gray-New Gloucester, Lisbon, Oak Hill, Maranacook, Poland(Tri-Town), Mt. Blue, Mt. Valley(Rumford/Mexico), Spruce Mountain (Jay/Liv), and Telstar.
