This form is key for every league we have. We use this any many ways for our league binders for team information. Turning in this form to us is very important but does not mean your spot is held for the league you want to be in.

1. Turn in FULL AMOUNT of money for the league w/ the Athletic Registration form.

2. Turn in a DEPOSIT for the league w/ the Athletic Registration Form.

Karate Academy

Day: Mondays and Thursdays
Dates: May 31st - July 8th (#112121 A4)
                July 19th - Aug 26th (#112121 A5)
Time: 5:15pm - 6:00pm
Fee: $80 In District / $85 Out of District
Location: Grant Park Recreation Center
Get the kids involved in the best Martial Arts program in the area to learn Self-Defense, Self-Confidence and Self-Discipline. From Basic Techniques to Sparring Drills, Karate Academy Black Belts help students achieve leadership skills and practical everyday self-defense.  Sign up for 2 or more sessions and receive a FREE uniform ($35 value)!
