El Paso Parks and Recreation

Practice permits are for one team per one field. Scrimmages or Games will require a Scrimmage/Game Permit. You can find these guidelines in the downloads tab under

Parks and Recreation Guidelines 303.

It is prohibited to have any vehicles parked on grass areas; equipment must be carried to and from the field.

It is the responsibility of the permitted team that is on the field to pick up and remove all trash after each use.
