5K Shamrock Shake Fun Run and Walk

This 5k Fun Run is a great way for the family to get out and experience the outdoors with other members of the community! Get out and experience our great outdoor trails with a group of friends or family. Each registrant will receive their event t-shirt before the race.

Move With The Mayor

Join us for FREE cardio and light-weight training instructed by certified personal trainers for all levels! Network and visit with Health and Fitness Professionals, listen to guest speakers, sample healthy food/snacks, and learn about key parts of living healthy mentally and physically while learning about new services that will promote a healthy lifestyle.
