Check-In: 11:00am-noon
Judging Begins: noon
Location: Redwood Recreation Center - 3060 Lester St, West Valley City, UT 84119
EVENT SPECIFIC INFO:
- Equipment: Companies will need to provide chili samples for at least 10 servings. Bring your own bowls, spoons, napkins, extension cords
- Uniform: Matching shirts highly encouraged
- Scoring: Judges will grade chili based on the following criteria: Aroma, consistency, color, taste, aftertaste
- Awards: Awards will be given to the overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners (not divided by division)
