Mudcats got on the board in the first inning when Garrett Powell drove in a run off his first double of the season. Austin Inman led the Mudcats to victory on the mound. He surrendered 3 runs on 7 hits over 5 1/3 innings, striking out 6. Noah Faulders threw 1 2/3 innings in relief out of the bullpen. Faulders recorded the last 5 outs to earn the save. Powell and Bean Little each racked up multiple hits for the Mudcats. Powell went 3-4 at the plate to lead all Mudcat hitters. Trey Evans led the way on the basepath with 2 stolen bases.Seahawks were led at the plate by Connor Bart, who had 2 hits including a double. The Hickman boys both had hits for the Seahawks with Blayze adding a triple in the game. Garrett Granade and Jack Ryder added singles and Luka DeRicco and Josiah Sneed both doubled for the Seahawk squad. |

Northwest recorded four hits between Michael Peterson, Fisher Goodwin, Jordan Stegall and Jonah Campbell.Josh Hauser held Cedar Grove scoreless through three frames, however they were able to put together a four run rally in the 4th to take the lead.The Tarheels battled back in the top of the last inning to put the game within one run but was not able to cross the runner from third to extend the game. | |

Mudcats collected 7 hits in the battle. Faulders and Garrett Powell both had multiple hits for the mudcats. Evans led the Mudcats on the base paths with 3 of the team's 9 stolen bases. |
