Call to Order: President Ricky McPherson called Meeting to order at 5:00 pm.

The Minutes of March 20, 2012 Board Meeting was reviewed and approved as written.

Old Business:

1. Summary of the 2011-2012 Season:

a. Split season was well received.

b. 44 game season seemed a little long.

2. Banquet Remarks:

a. Very successful.

b. Need to recognize the West Valley team, Senior Olympics, Oakland A’s ushering and introduce the Events Committee in the future.

Committee and Director Updates:

1. Financial Update ~ Ed Schneider

a. Financials were presented and were approved as presented.

b. Treasurer position was handed over to Norm Smith.

2. Field Maintenance ~ Al Lillig

a. The outfield grass, 10 feet from the edge of the dirt, will be repaired all around the infield perimeter on July 2, 2012.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the Tuscany Falls Sienna Room.
