Call to Order: President Tom Carlson called Meeting to order at 10:00 am.

The Minutes of the December 12, 2012 Board Meeting were reviewed and approved as written.

Old Business:

1. AED class has been scheduled for February 20, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. at Tuscany Falls.

2. The meeting with Oakland A’s management is set for Wednesday, January 30, 2013.

3. There are five managers who have not responded regarding the emergency contacts for players.

4. PIR Update:

a. Requesting us to handle info booth and ticket takers.

b. 9-10 people will be needed.

Committee and Director Updates:

1. Financial Update ~ Norm Smith

a. Financials were presented and were approved as presented.

2. Marketing ~ Rich Elliott

a. Five team sponsors have signed up for the golf tournament.

b. Rodeo Ford is a potential spring league sponsor.

3. Field Maintenance ~ Jim Tearpak

a. Right field foul line is being checked by PC Facilities for a water leak.

4. Balance/Evaluation ~ Jack Arango

a. Four new players have joined the league.

· 3 players have been assigned to a team.

· 1 player is on the sub-list.

5. Events Committee ~ Ted Wallace

a. Deadline for 13^th annual PCSSA Golf Tournament is January 29^th. So far approximately 80 participants.

b. Goodyear Ballpark foul ball line attendees are needed. The games needed are mid-week only; no Saturday or Sunday games.

c. The New Life Center Diaper Drive begins on Saturday, February 2, 2013 through Tuesday, February 19^th. Flyers will be sent to all managers with the details.

New Business:

1. A one-inning play-off game was determined for which team would make the playoffs.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 a.m. The next meeting is scheduled for Friday, February 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Tuscany Falls Sienna Room.
