 All games are one hour 20 minutes, in the event of rain we will evaluate the situation and redo the schedule . 

 

All pool play games will have a coin flip 

 

All pool play games in the event of rain will be 55 drop-dead hard time pool play

 

If it does rain - we will just sit back and wait for the fields to dry before we start the games, so be patient

 If we have to adjust schedule the games will be 55-minute hard drop dead if tied international tie-breaker rules will go into play. if we have rain and we decide in order to get all games in - we will shorten games first, second we will drop a game if needed

Coaches,  If a coach, player or fan gets ejected from a game, they are out that game and the next game - this is in the by-laws

 

 

Just a small reminder all teams must be sanctioned USA/ASA, have their insurance and be ACE Certified and Background Checked prior to playing in the tournament.

 

Please go to www.illinoisasa.org to get your ACE Cert and Background Checks and top left of the home page, the cost is around $25 min

 

All teams must give us a copy of insurance, roster, and coaches cert card at check-in.

 

 We reserve the right to alter the tournament schedule in the event of inclement weather!

 

ALL TOURNAMENTS POOL PLAY AND BRACKET PLAY WILL BE POSTED ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 10 PM

 

GAMES WHICH ARE FORFEITED WILL BE RECORDED 7-0 AND A $75 FEE WILL BE ADDED ON TO TEAMS EXPENSES TO COVER THE COST OF UMPIRES

 

Teams be ready to play 60 minutes prior to game time in their is a short games prior to your game!

The online schedules will be listed to the left under schedules, if you click on the schedules then click on your age groups, it will show you the entire schedule.  Then click on your age group, it will show the entire schedule for your age grouping.  If you want to see just your team schedule double click on your team name and it will pop up.

SWIL-ASA Rain Out Policy

GAMES PLAYED

COST PER TEAM 

0 GAMES PLAYED =  $75

1  GAME PLAYED = $150  

2 GAMES PLAYED= $300

3 GAMES PLAYED = $425

 

 Notice to teams that drop out - if teams drop out 14 days prior to the event date we will issue a refund, on day 13 a $75 admin fee will be charged if you have to drop.  If you decide to drop on the 10th day moving forward  a $100  admin fee will be charged.  When schedules come out and you drop, your entry fee is refunded at 0% the total fee for tournament entry.

 

 Tournaments have a fixed cost incurred but if no games played=100% refund minus a fair prorated portion which is $75 administration fee per team.

 

All  teams will be mailed checks out in the event of rain, within 3 weeks of the  Championship Game Day of tourney which might be rained out.
