Photo ID check-in required at the score table five-minutes prior to each game. Must wear 2019 South Davis Recreation issued Jr. Jazz Jersey in order to play.
Each team is responsible for their spectators.
If your fans are unsportsmanlike, bring in a mess, etc. you're responsible for controlling, cleaning up after, etc. your fans. Any negligence on your teams part can result in league ejection.

Access north parking lot via 1500 South off of Davis Boulevard or 1175 East.
Doors do not open until 5:45 PM.
