Outsider - refers to any player not assigned to your team division as of October 1st. Example: If your team name is Southeast, all of your players must show assigned to Southeast, as of DP (Deployment Period) 10's Department roster, otherwise that player will count as one of your outsiders.
Department Player – if you were on either Dave Love or Ed Palmer's rosters for the 2017 WPFG.
“Outsider Rule” shall not apply to the following teams:
