1. Coaches this year you will be required to sign a "Coaches Code of Conduct" and have it filed in our Sports office.  If you didn't attend the coaches meeting and have already signed one you will need to download one and turn it in to our staff before your first game. Failure to do so will result in your team forfeiting games until you're in compliance.   

2. Don't forget to upload your team roster to www.quickscores.com/elpaso before your first game. Also, print the waiver and have your teammates sign and date it. Turn that signed waiver in to our staff out at the complex on the 26th.

3. This year when doing an id check your team's coach/representative will be required to be present and actually check your opponent's roster and id's.  Our staff will be present and will only be monitoring the process. 

4. Come prepared!!! Don't forget to purchase your game softballs at the Acosta Center.  Men's and women's softballs are on sale for $5/ball (cash/debit/credit card accepted).
