Welcome to Clinton City Recreation Flag Football!

The games and practices for this league will be at the Civic Center Park in the adult softball complex on the Green (baseball) field (the one that faces Lowe's). 

We are excited about this season. Flag football is a fun sport to participate in and to watch. The league rules are taken from the NFL Flag Rule Book that can be found online at www.nflflag.com with some changes which are found in our by-laws that are available here: 2021 1/2 grade Flag Football by-laws (doc)

Generally, we will not cancel games for rain or other weather conditions except for lightning. In the case of lightning, the games will be called on the field by the supervisor. If other safety hazards exist and the staff does not feel that the game can be played safely, then the game may be canceled in advance. Any rainouts will be posted to this schedule and will also be added to the recording on the rainout number: 801-614-0796 the determination will be made about 3 PM in most cases. You will also receive an email notification.

Players are expected to wear their jerseys and bring their flags to each game and practice. Players' shorts should not have pockets (if they have pockets they must be taped closed).

Sportsmanship and fair play is a critical part of our programs. Parents, coaches, players, and other spectators are expected to show respect and courtesy at all times to other players, spectators, and the staff. Those who do not will be asked to leave the site.
