Close Calls: At the FIRST sign of a dispute, players involved must immediately engage in a round of paper, rock, scissors. Any problems not handled by paper, rock, scissors must be solved by ONLY the two managers at home plate.
- Field Supervisors are on location to record scores, keep time, apply band aids, deal with poor player conduct and call games when needed due to weather conditions. Managers confirm score with Field Supervisor after each ½ inning.
- Games are 7 innings with a 55 minute time limit; no new inning starts after 55 minutes have elapsed, unless it’s a tie, then play until you break the tie. 4 full innings will be considered a complete game.
- Roster Due Date: 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2019. You may bring them to the Park Rec office, or the drop box on the 4th Street side of City Hall after hours. A copy of the roster can be obtained here.
- Late rosters will result in at least one game forfeit and no further games being played for that team until the roster is in; opposing team receives win by forfeit.
- Roster limit is 16 players. You may add or delete from your roster anytime before 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019. Roster changes can be made at the Park Rec office or by emailing ckoehler@ci.winona.mn.us.
- No smoking in dugout area or on playing fields. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed by players during the game anywhere.
- Cancellations due to poor field conditions/ weather will be announced on the cancellation line by 1:00 pm (507-457-8220). If conditions worsen after 1pm or if inclement weather hits during games, a decision will be made at the field.
