Players can only be listed on one team roster per league day.

Players that have not signed their waiver, will be removed from the roster and ineligible to play in the tournament.
If forfeiting before 4pm:
Forfeiting captain must notify the Sports Coordinator by calling the office or emailing the Sports Coordinator directly.
If forfeiting after 4pm:
Forfeiting captain must contact the Sports Coordinator via email (cknight@valpo.us) and contact the opposing captain to notify them of the forfeit via phone call/text.
If the forfeit is not reported to the Sports Coordinator AND opposing team captain at least 2 hours before your scheduled game time: 1. Forfeiting team will incur a Double Forfeit Fee of $50.
Weather cancellations will be communicated via email.
