ROSTERS:
Please be sure to add players, full names, email, phone and t-shirt size. so they can sign the waiver online before they play. No physical signatures will be accepted. For help with waivers: www.quickscores.com/contact.php
Players can only be listed on one team roster per league day.
Rosters Lock: May 14
Players that have not signed their waiver, will be removed from the roster and ineligible to play in the tournament.
If forfeiting before 4pm:
Forfeiting captain must notify the Sports Coordinator by calling the office or emailing the Sports Coordinator directly.
If forfeiting after 4pm:
Forfeiting captain must contact the Sports Coordinator via email and contact the opposing captain to notify them of the forfeit via phone call/text.
If the forfeit is not reported to the Sports Coordinator AND opposing team captain at least 2 hours before your scheduled game time: 1. Forfeiting team will incur a Double Forfeit Fee of $50.
Weather cancellations will be communicated via email.
Be ready to play on the hour if games finish early we will start ASAP.
