Minimum Game Spacing Help

Back

QuickScores will notify you if two leagues in the same season are assigned slots for the same field on the same day and time. Similarly, QuickScores will notify you if two schedules are manually modified to use a field on the same or very close date and time. Such notifications are given with red highlights because they indicate definite conflicts.

The Minimum Game Spacing parameter defines how close is too close. The default value is 1 hour (1:00). If Minimum Game Spacing is set to 1 hour, two games scheduled 60 minutes apart will not cause a warning, but a warning will be displayed if they are less than 1 hour apart (between 1 and 59 minutes apart).

If the Minimum Game Spacing parameter is set to zero, QuickScores will not display any errors or warnings about overlapping or nearly overlapping games.
