The first $200 of the VSA Sunday League registration is nonrefundable under any circumstances.  The remaining registration fee may be refunded under very limited circumstances (please see next paragraphs).  Please note that absolutely no refunds will be issued after teams have been announced.

Except as otherwise stated, refunds or credits will not be issued after payment has been made.

Exceptions include:

1. If the activity is cancelled by VSA.

2. If a participant is injured or unable to participate due to a documented medical reason.

Any refund request outside of the stated exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are made at the discretion of the VSA Services Director and are not guaranteed. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refund requests.
