2026 SPRING B ASKETBALL
This league will form teams from Sienna Plantation , all of Missouri City , Sugar Land , Fresno , Stafford Richmond , East Katy and surrounding cities.
We will have developmental and more advanced divisions to accommodate your child's skill level.
Gym Locations: Local gyms in the Missouri City and Sugar Land area.
Location Policy
We do not guarantee team request or practice location request. Our league is skilled based and teams are formed based on our assessment of your child's skill level.
Example; You may live 5 min from one gym location, but because of your child's team assignment you may practice at a gym that is 20 mins away.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we can not guarantee it.
We do not form teams according to friendships . All teams are form through evaluation process.

Waiver
WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELEASE FORM
I am aware of the activity involved and give permission for the above child(ren) to participate and to be photographed for publicity purposes. I understand that this completed form must be in the possession of the FORT BEND BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION prior to participation in this program. I do hereby waive, release and agree to hold harmless Missouri City Rec & Tennis Center ,Harmony schools the league organization, league players, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, coaches and participants for any claim arising out of injury as a result of participation. I also grant permission to managing personnel or other league representatives; to authorize and obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or medical clinic should the player become ill or injured while neither parent nor guardian is available.
I have carefully read this agreement waiver and release and fully understand its content. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between the above entities and myself and I sign it of my free will.
The Policy
No refunds issued after the evaluations day.
Any refund before evaluations will assessed a $30 administration fee.
FBBA reserves the right to expel any parent or player at its own discretion.

FBBA Weather & Natural Disaster Waiver
By registering my child(ren) for participation in the Fort Bend Basketball Association (FBBA), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that FBBA cannot control or predict acts of nature, including but not limited to inclement weather, floods, hurricanes, or any other natural disasters or emergencies that may impact the operation of the basketball season.
In the event that a season or any part of a season is canceled due to such events beyond the control of FBBA, I understand and agree that no refunds will be issued.
Instead, FBBA will offer a credit toward a future season , which may be used for the next available session or transferred to a sibling in the same household.
This policy is in place to help FBBA cover upfront costs including gym rentals, uniforms, insurance, staffing, and league operations, many of which are non-refundable to the organization.
By proceeding with registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
