When choosing a jersey size, please consider:
T-Ball, Primary, Elementary, and Pre-JH : These jerseys run a little large, so if your child is between sizes, consider ordering the smaller size.
JH and HS: These jerseys run a little small, so if your child is between sizes, consider ordering the larger size.
Players will be provided with jerseys. We do not provide socks , but we want coaches to have the girls' sizes if/when the team orders matching socks.
While we will attempt to accommodate player/coach requests, there are no guarantees.
When assembling teams, we must consider player ages, grades, ability levels, pitching and catching interest and experience, and requests to play with friends and/or specific coaches. We do our best to ensure girls get to play with at least some of their friends, but we also have to consider competitive balance and team sizes.
Please note that registering early does not weigh into these decisions.

We will use the GUARDIAN #1 PHONE and GUARDIAN #1 EMAIL fields for coach and league contact, so please be sure they are accurate. List an email you check regularly and a phone you can accept texts on so you do not miss important communications.

While we're always looking for head coaches, we also need plenty of assistant coaches, too. Beginners are welcome, and BNGSA In-Town does provide training and support for coaches at all levels.

Medical Waiver
I will allow my daughter to participate in the Bloomington-Normal Girls Softball Association Program. In the event of illness or injury, I hereby give consent for medical treatment and permission to the attending physician to hospitalize, secure proper treatment and order injections, anesthesia or surgery.
Please note : Parents or guardians are responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with their daughter's participation in this program.
Media Waiver
I give the BNGSA permission to use my child's image/likeness in photographs and videos for the BNGSA website, social media, news releases, advertising or any other media to promote or advertise the BNGSA program.
BNGSA In-Town holds players, parents/guardians, and coaches accountable to the organization's code of conduct.

BNGSA Codes of Conduct for players, parents/guardians, and coaches to understand your responsibilities as parents and fans.
Discounts
-$10 sibling discount : the first sibling should pay full price, but second and third siblings each receive a $10 discount. Please select that discount below if applicable.
-$10 early registration discount: for any registration and payment before 2/1/25. This discount is applied automatically at check-out based on the date of registration and payment.
Player Sponsorship Donation (Optional)
If you would like to sponsor a player, please select a donation amount. This helps fund registration, insurance, and uniform costs for players whose families request financial assistance. It also may be used to purchase equipment for families experiencing financial hardship.
Financial Assistance (Optional)
We don't want a family's financial situation to be a barrier that keeps their daughter from playing softball.
If you are applying for financial aid, please select the appropriate registration cost ($90 for T-Ball / $145 for everyone else), but DO NOT submit payment upon completing registration.
