We agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the Springer Park Volleyball Tournaments as stated by the Alaska Outdoor Volleyball Association. We understand that we will be participating in the Tournament as a player, and as such, recognize that there is some risk of injury. In consideration of our participation, it is expressly agreed that use of the volleyball facilities shall be undertaken by a registered player at his or her own risk. Neither the AOVA, nor the Municipality of Anchorage or any of their agents will be held liable for any injuries or damage to any league member or guest, or to the property of any member or guest. The AOVA and MOA will not be subject to any claim, demand, injury or damage whatsoever, including without ay limitation, those damages resulting from acts or active or passive negligence on the part of the AOVA and the MOA, their officer, agents or employees. The participant, for himherself and on behalf of his/her executors, accepts responsibility for any injury, action, or cause of action. Neither the AOVA nor the MOA shall be accountable or liable to the participant for damaged, lost or stolen articles on the premises, or for the loss or damages to any property, including but not limited to automobiles and the contents thereof. All participants must be registered members of the USA volleyball.
