What are the age requirements?
5 years of age if completed Kindergarten up to 14 years of age. Camp is divided into 6 clusters: 1st grade, 2nd, grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th and 7th/8th grades.
What documents are required for my child to attend camp?
A copy of child's birth certificate, shot record and physical form are required for the camp. The physical must be current for the 2017-2018 school year. Preferably documents are submitted at parent orientation. All documents will need to be submitted the child's first day of camp if parent is unable to attend the mandatory parent orientation

What are the dates for TSP?
Monday, June 4th, 2018 – Friday, August 10, 2018, closed Wednesday July 4th.
Camp consists of three sessions, June session: June 4th to June 29th, July Session: July 2nd to July 27th. Note: camp will only be available for the first two weeks in August ending on the 10th.

 

What time does TSP open and close?
Camp is Monday - Friday from 7 am - 6 pm. 

 

Are meals provided?
We provide breakfast (7:00 am - 8:00 am) and lunch daily. In the event we will be off campus on a field trip parents may be responsible for that day’s lunch.

 

What camp electives are offered?
The structure of TSP has changed slightly, there will still be options to select a Specialty Class which will give them the option to focus and spend more of the day on something they really enjoy or have an interest in. More information regarding our Specialty Classes can be found by clicking Specialty Kamp Session 1 or Session 2.

 

Where can I find your Policy & Procedures?
Our Policies and Procedures are found on our website www.QuickScores.com/TTA. We encourage each parent to print it out as it details our dress code, discipline policy, procedure for medications, transportation policies and overall program guidelines.Parents will be required to sign the last page and return it with the required camper documents.

 

Do you provide financial records for tax purposes?
TSP does not provide end of year financial records for tax purposes. However, we do provide receipts for all financial transactions involving the summer program. These receipts provide all necessary tax information. We strongly advise parents to hold on to these for their tax purposes.

 

When are the field trips?
Field trips are on Fridays unless otherwise indicated. All trips are pre-planned and parents can find the field trip calendar on our website www.QuickScores.com/TTA. TSP t-shirts are required for all field trips and can be purchased during online registration. Click here to see this summer's field trips.

 

Are parents allowed to go on field trips?
Yes, if they have passed an approved background check. However, parents must pay for the full amount of the field trip and provide their own transportation to and from the location.

 

What are the drop-off and pick-up procedures?
Campers must be signed in/out by authorized person – NO EXCEPTIONS. Pick-up person must be authorized and verified through registration paperwork and must show proper state-issued ID.

 

Do I have to pay all of the tuition at one time?
No, you will register online and pay the registration fee at that time. The tuition (for the entire session or the weekly amount) can also be paid online either along with registration or after registration.
